·   Performed interoperability with Level 3’s local service network and with that of Masergy VoIP network. Performed interoperability with Masergy VoIP network with Xten’s suite of soft phones, Polycom, Cisco phones (SIP based).

·   Configured and setup customer accounts on the Session Border Controller (Nextone) and Sonus SIP Proxy (PSX). Created routing for calls originating on SIP/H.323 interface and terminating to PSTN. Established Realm Based Routing on the Nextone that performed NAT functions. Performed trouble shooting with customer VoIP services. Identified and documented impacts to messages exchanged between PSX and GSX on the diameter protocol.

·   Produced technical requirements for the Sonus Softswitch and Media Gateway. The major project was to develop technical requirements for the Sonus softswitch SIP to SS7 and SIP to ISDN interworking specifications following Telcordia, IETF and ITU standards. One version of this specification was to develop SIP interworking with SS7 specification for Japanese customer by working with the Business Development team.
