·   Performed functional and Customer Acceptance testing with the PTT with each release.

·   Provided technical expertise to help debug data and voice services using SMPP and SS7. Helped debug issues with Ethernet related issues in the Carrier’s wireless networks. Provided Tier 3 technical support to Kodiak customers world wide on a 24x7 basis.

·   Systems engineer performing software installation and support for Kodiak Push-to-talk software. ·   Performed interoperability with Level 3’s local service network and with that of Masergy VoIP network. Performed interoperability with Masergy VoIP network with Xten’s suite of soft phones, Polycom, Cisco phones (SIP based).

·   Configured and setup customer accounts on the Session Border Controller (Nextone) and Sonus SIP Proxy (PSX). Created routing for calls originating on SIP/H.323 interface and terminating to PSTN. Established Realm Based Routing on the Nextone that performed NAT functions. Performed trouble shooting with customer VoIP services. Configured Cisco 2600 and 7204 for customers enabling for voice services. Extensively debugged Cisco routers using Sniffer. Worked on issues with FAX T38 protocol. Configured MPLS on Masergy converged networks.

·   Developed VoIP services for Masergy customers on the Masergy’s SIP centric VoIP network. Worked as System’s engineer, test and quality engineer on all VoIP related services for Masergy. Installed, configured for Masergy customers, Cisco Call Manager. Setup the CCM with the Masergy Convergent network. Trouble shot IP phone issues attached to the CCMs, issues like dropped calls, directory and service problems, problems with jitter and one-way audio.

·   Completed requirements specification for TTIs softswitch (INIP) and for Sonus Routing Engine (PSX), Media Server (GSX) and the App Server (ASX). Defined Privacy strategies that interworked with SIP, ISUP, PRI and CAS keeping various standards (e.g. ITU, Telcordia, ETSI, IETF) into consideration.

·   Completed specification for Traffic Controls for PSX/GSX. Developed requirements for Malicious Call Identification, Member Advance, QMIS INACD Requirements for Qwest, Busy Line Verification Service (BLVI), Call-By-Call Service and Virtual Facility Group. Identified and documented impacts to messages exchanged between PSX and GSX on the diameter protocol.

·   Produced technical requirements for the Sonus Softswitch and Media Gateway. The major project was to develop technical requirements for the Sonus softswitch SIP to SS7 and SIP to ISDN interworking specifications following Telcordia, IETF and ITU standards. One version of this specification was to develop SIP interworking with SS7 specification for Japanese customer by working with the Business Development team.
